10 White Wines Perfect for Spring

Allegedly it's springtime in many parts of the Northern Hemisphere! Meanwhile in Pittsburgh it was 39 degrees Fahrenheit todayha! While I personally prefer winter, I also enjoy shifting my wine style with the seasons. Yes, I drink rosé and white wine in the winter but they tend to be fuller and riper. Once springtime hits, give me glasses of white wines with minerality and floral notes to match the fresh, new season.

All of the wines you'll find below have elegant notes of blossoms, spring herbs, or both. Most also have veins of salinity, making them excellent food wines. Try pairing a few with your favorite light meats, fresh cheeses, and tender vegetables.
